Job Title: Support Services Sales Specialist

At ITC Worldwide, LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service & Support Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our Service & Support solutions to customers and partners.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our legacy On-prem Business Applications, including ERP and CRM products, and be able to effectively communicate the value of our Service & Support solutions to customers. You will work closely with our sales channels, including Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, Resellers, Integrator network, and Engineering Teams, to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales teams to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and partners to ensure successful implementation of our Service & Support solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Service & Support Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of our legacy On-prem Business Applications.
