About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Community Nurse to join our team on a flexible basis. As a Community Nurse with NHS Professionals, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of community settings, providing vital healthcare services to patients in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests as necessary
  • Recognize and respond to deterioration in patient condition, taking appropriate action to escalate
  • Manage emergency situations, displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision making
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification and current NMC registration
  • Minimum 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a car
