About You
To be successful as a Care Home Manager, you will need to have inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will also need to have excellent organisational and management skills, care home management experience, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, create strong links within the local community, and has a proven track record of marketing and business skills within the care sector.
