Job Title: Building Performance Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Performance Architect to join our team at Qualient Technology Solutions UK Limited.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of CRM solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented, and providing technical expertise and direction to the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead developer for area/stream, run technical workshops with end users to define business requirements.
  2. Identify and resolve systems issues; ownership of TDD for area, DevOps owners Automation.
  3. Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team for a project.
  4. Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
  5. Lead team in building CRM solutions that meet requirements.
  6. Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, and best practices.
  7. Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives addressing existing and potential trouble areas in operating Product Testing, UAT Support.
  8. Mentor and coach CRM developers and team members.
  9. Manage day-to-day operations of the teams, working closely with the Project Manager on scheduling, risks, issues, and changes.
  10. Participate in daily leadership calls, stand-ups, and outline performance of the technical team.
  11. Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost-effective, efficient, and timely manner.
  12. Establish criteria related to the release process for the team in promoting code to appropriate environments.
  13. Ensure teams have access to the Configuration Management Plan and use the approved Configuration Control tool.
  14. Participate in all work product review sessions described in the Quality Plan to ensure compliance with the technical design.
  15. Ensure the Developer invites a subject matter expert knowledgeable about the system change to any conformance review.
  16. Coach and mentor the technical team in the development of the project from a technical perspective.
  17. Provide technical support and quality control throughout all stages of the project.
  18. Provide technical subject matter expertise for the technical delivery processes and implementation.
  19. Work with other key architecture roles to ensure technology meets business objectives.
  20. Collaborate with the Configuration Management Specialist to define configuration management processes and procedures.
  21. Participate in Work Product Reviews as referenced in the Project Quality Plan.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in application development roles and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM based solutions, with a strong understanding of the SDLC and ability to take on various roles as required.

They will also have demonstrated experience in developing solutions with ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, C#, Web Services, and Web API, as well as experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portal.

A degree in IT or relevant industry experience, and current Microsoft Certifications, will be highly regarded.
