Job Title: Building Performance Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Performance Architect to join our team at Qualient Technology Solutions UK Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of CRM solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the technical team in the development of CRM solutions.
  2. Provide technical expertise and direction to the team.
  3. Ensure all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated and implemented.
  4. Identify and resolve systems issues.
  5. Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
  6. Participate in daily leadership calls and stand-ups.
  7. Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in application development roles.
  2. Understanding and practicing the SDLC.
  3. Demonstrated experience in developing solutions with ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, C#, Web Services, and Web API.
  4. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portal.
  5. Good presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Degree in IT or relevant industry experience.
