Key Responsibilities:- Manage and review the work of the account management team, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and nurture a diverse portfolio of customers through proactive and reactive outreach and relationship building.
- Oversee the account management of existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with care, commitment, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Manage the team's adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Help the business meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
- Previous experience in a services-related B2B sales/account management role.
- Demonstrable strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Demonstrable experience of working independently and autonomously while leading an engaged account management team.
- Experience in commercial contract management and negotiation (including NEC 3/4).
- Hybrid working arrangements between our head office in Selkirk and home.
- 30 days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays), rising to 34 with length of service.
