Job Title: Reward & Employment Tax Manager

At JAM Recruitment Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Reward & Employment Tax Manager to lead our team of professionals and advise business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.

The Role:
  • Lead a team of experienced reward & employment tax professionals
  • Provide expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance
  • Develop global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals
  • Provide cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology for such work
  • Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses
The Person:

We are looking for a candidate with previous reward or employment tax experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment. Additional global mobility, compensation, and taxation expertise is highly desirable.
