Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support care staff in providing high-quality care to our residents
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management and personal care
- Develop and update care plans to ensure individualized support and promote independence
- Lead a team of staff and work collaboratively with families to ensure a sense of belonging and inclusion
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes staff well-being and development
