Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support care staff in providing daily care and support to residents
  • Assist residents with their medication and develop and update care plans to meet their individual needs
  • Lead a team of staff and work collaboratively with families to ensure they feel involved and part of the Glenholme family
  • Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for residents, ensuring they feel valued and respected
