About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare in Horncastle. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life, maintaining their dignity and helping them to feel valued members of society.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise care staff and provide support for day-to-day activities of daily living
  • Assist with full physical and psychological care for people at the end of their life
  • Help residents take their medication and develop and update care plans
  • Lead a team of staff and work with families to ensure they feel involved and part of the Glenholme family
