About the Role: Randstad is seeking a qualified social worker to join a dynamic team focused on either locality or court services. The position comes with a competitive salary range of £34,809 - £44,628.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of child development and attachment theory.
  • Utilize knowledge of assessment frameworks effectively.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations.
  • Produce high-quality written reports and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively in oral presentations to service users, colleagues, and other agencies.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities while also being able to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.

Qualifications Required:

  • Registered with the Social Work England (SWE).
  • Possess an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Hold a degree in social work.
  • Have completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
