About the Role: Randstad is seeking a qualified social worker to engage with children and young individuals, either in a Locality or Court Team. The position comes with a competitive salary range of £34,809 - £44,628.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of child development principles, including attachment theory.
- Utilize knowledge of assessment frameworks in practice.
- Effectively relate theoretical concepts to practical situations.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations.
- Produce high-quality written reports and documentation.
- Present information clearly and effectively to service users, colleagues, and external agencies.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and collaborate well within a team while also managing an independent caseload.
Qualifications Required:
- Registered with the Social Work England (SWE).
- Possess an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Hold a recognized Social Work Degree.
- Have completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
