About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dietitian to join our Macmillan Specialist Head and Neck Rehabilitation team. As a Specialist Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing highly specialist nutritional assessment and advice to patients requiring nutritional support, particularly Enteral Nutrition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own case load to a level agreed with your supervisor/line manager.
- Be involved in the provision of education and training to healthcare staff, patients, care providers, and students.
- Be a key member of the multidisciplinary care team to provide integrated dietetic care.
- Shows initiative in assisting and supporting the senior specialist dietitians and the Clinical Dietetic Manager in the day-to-day management of the department.
- Deliver training to healthcare staff, dietitians, and students.
- Be an active member of the out-of-hours service.

Person Specification
- BSc(Hons) Nutrition & Dietetics or Equivalent
- Experience of working as a Dietitian within a healthcare setting
- Attendance on relevant specialist accredited post-graduate courses at post-graduate diploma level or equivalent
- HCPC registration
