About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Choices Homecare. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised care and support services to service users, ensuring their dignity, independence, and well-being are maintained.
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and domestic tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain the health, well-being, and mobility of service users, reporting any concerns to the management team.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job performance and address any identified training needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a caring role, preferably in a homecare setting.
  • Training in Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid, and Moving & Handling.
  • NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Care or equivalent qualifications.
  • Possession of a driver's license and use of own car with relevant insurance.
