- Act as a mentor and supervisor for nurses undertaking training in the specialty, supporting their professional development and growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our Trust's Nursing and Midwifery Strategy, shaping the future of our nursing services.
- Participate in clinical research, driving innovation and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.

Person Specification- Registered General Nurse BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent experience.
- Teaching and assessing qualification.
- Recent experience caring for patients with dermatology.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Advanced Communication Skills.
- Training or willingness to undertake Prescribing qualification, or willingness to work towards.
