Project Manager Job Description

Piksel Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer requests across our portfolio of services, including Wireless, WAN & LAN services, IAAS, VOIP, and ICT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects to customer satisfaction, establishing Piksel Group as a trusted partner.
  • Initiate & Plan: Agree and document project scope, produce project plans, and identify available budgets, ensuring the sales team provides sufficient information for the "Statement of work".
  • Resource: Secure and assign the right resources to tasks, ensuring colleagues and stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Delivery & Escalation: Ensure project resources and stakeholders deliver project responsibilities on time, escalating items meeting the threshold using the appropriate escalation method and communication plan.
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide accurate written project updates, including project highlight reports, progress, budget position, risks, issues, and actions.
  • Wellbeing: Risk assess workload, identify solutions, and support direct reports and colleagues in times of need.
  • Personal Development & Innovation: Identify opportunities to contribute to wider business initiatives, highlight operational challenges, and offer solutions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Customer-focused, professional, positive, confident, and friendly.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure within a busy environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality work, with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, time management, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Office 365 applications, including Planner, and data entry and management with any line of business tools, although Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
