Join Our Team as a Home Care Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our home care assistant team in Burnham on Sea.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, but could progress to full-time if desired. You will have the same, regular clients each week, ensuring you get to form bonds and enjoy each other's company.

We are looking for individuals to work from 8am, but we have various hours available day, lunchtime, and evening. You tell us when you can work, and we will provide clients during these times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting people in their own home to help them with all elements of their daily routines and provide meaningful companionship at the same time.
  • Providing personal care and assistance as needed.

Requirements

No previous care assistant experience is needed, just your natural caring qualities. We will support you with full training, shadow shifts, and introductions to all your new clients.

Having a full, UK driver's license and your own car is essential due to some tasks that may be involved like shopping trips, taking to appointments, etc.

You should live in Burnham or very close by.
