Care Assistant – Join Our Team

Location: Burnham on Sea

Salary: £12.00 per hour plus night enhancement

Typical Shifts: 20:30 - 08:00, working 3 shifts a week including alternate weekends

We are seeking compassionate and proactive Care Assistants who are passionate about improving the lives of those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining greater independence in their daily routines while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Our residential service, located near the beach, features a recently updated sensory room that is accessible to those we support. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, you can expect a diverse and fulfilling work experience.

As a Night Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting individuals with bedtime routines, including personal care
  • Conducting regular checks throughout the night
  • Performing light domestic duties during available time
