We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line Customer Support Operator to join our fast-paced team on a Temp - Perm basis.
The Role:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls and emails, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Processing daily customer transfers and managing outputs from customer feedback responses.
- Ensuring system alerts are processed promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
About You:
You are a strong team player with a friendly and approachable nature, possessing excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering first-class customer service.

- A fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
