Job Title: 1st Line IT Service Desk Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st Line IT Service Desk Technician to join our team at Bond Williams. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT support and customer service to our internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide responsive and accessible IT Service Desk support for internal staff.
  • Log, monitor, resolve, and record incidents and service requests using our Service Desk System.
  • Deliver high-quality, consistent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and deliver ITIL-based processes and procedures to ensure excellent service.
  • Work within a team to achieve operational and strategic goals.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and other operating systems.
  • Understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with common Office 365 software applications.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues with PCs, laptops.
  • Experience with remote support tools and techniques.
