Your Role

We're seeking a Marketing Manager (Motability) to join our dynamic team and drive growth in the mobility space. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for managing our Motability client account and creating marketing initiatives to deepen our client relationship.

You'll take ownership of client development, ideate marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver co-created marketing activities. Your goal will be to promote smart charging solutions, grow the client's EV fleet, and educate them on the sustainability and financial benefits of energy flexibility.

As a data-driven marketer, you'll analyze performance metrics, present actionable insights, and translate them into new workstreams with measurable ROI. You'll also collaborate with our Digital Marketing Team to provide digital-first marketing solutions.

What You'll Bring
  • A strategic mindset with 3+ years of experience in developing effective marketing strategies.
  • Innovative thinking to create engaging and compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Comfort with digital marketing and CRM automation technologies to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in developing community engagement campaigns is a plus.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in using data to demonstrate outcomes and performance.
