We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in our Lincoln showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to work with a well-established and reputable company in the wood flooring industry.
The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be a key ambassador for our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers to the right products for their needs. Your role will involve:
- Building relationships with trade and retail customers
- Providing product information and advice
- Preparing quotes and invoices
- Arranging delivery and aftersales customer care
- Supporting showroom managers with presentation and sales development
Requirements:
- Enjoy selling and have a passion for the wood flooring industry
- Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Be confident, well-presented, articulate, organized, and numerate
- Be reliable and self-motivated
- Have good keyboard skills and experience with email and basic Microsoft Office
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales or customer service experience, particularly in a showroom environment
- Experience in bathroom, tile, or other interiors-related sales
- Interest in interior design or renovation
Working Hours and Benefits:
We are looking for someone who can work 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days, Tuesday to Saturday. We offer a competitive salary, bonus, company pension, 28 days holiday (pro-rata for part-time), and a friendly, supportive team environment.
