We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of care professionals at Home Instead. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly clients to live comfortably in their own homes, while engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Visit clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to provide support with daily tasks, emotional wellbeing, and social events.
- Communicate with families and nurses as part of the care team to ensure seamless support.
- Be creative in ways to enhance and bring joy to someone's life.
- Participate in quarterly team meetings to support colleagues in their roles.
- Competitive rates of pay starting from £12.00ph to £13.00ph.
- Weekend flat rate of £12.50ph.
- Mileage paid at 45p.
- Paid travel and wait times up to 1 hour.
