Home Care Companion Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of care professionals at Home Instead. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly clients to live comfortably in their own homes, while engaging in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to provide support with daily tasks, emotional wellbeing, and social events.
  • Communicate with families and nurses as part of the care team to ensure seamless support.
  • Be creative in ways to enhance and bring joy to someone's life.
  • Participate in quarterly team meetings to support colleagues in their roles.
