The Home Instead Care Companion role is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit clients in their homes for a minimum of 1 hour to provide companionship and support with daily tasks, including meal preparation, emotional well-being, social events, and trips out in the community.
  • Communicate with families and healthcare professionals as part of the care team to ensure seamless support.
  • Engage in creative activities to enhance and bring joy to clients' lives.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share best practices and support colleagues.
