About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Operations Specialist to join our team at GROWN ALCHEMIST. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our global websites, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trade & Operational Management
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Mobile and Desktop Shopify Site, including building, testing, and monitoring promotions.
    • Develop and implement on-site product and brand campaign content across HP, PLP, and PDP.
    • Manage stock levels for our DTC channel, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely restocking.
    • Support SEO efforts in conjunction with the Performance Marketing team, including uploading content containers, checking broken backlinks, and supporting blog builds.
    • Brief and build CRM programs across email and SMS.
    • Maintain our trading calendar, updating and flagging any risks or opportunities to timing and forecast.
    • Act as the customer service contact for DTC, supporting follow-ups from customer feedback.
  • Analytical Support
    • Report on trade, promotions, and product performance, providing suggestions for optimization of upcoming plans.
    • Manage promotional and email forecasts, taking action where campaigns fall short of expectations.
    • Share email and PowerPoint updates on key promotions or seasonal campaigns.
    • Run ad-hoc analysis on promotional effectiveness, market nuances, and marketing channels.
    • Champion and collect monthly competitor analysis executions across experience, promotional mechanics, and storytelling within all digital touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Support & Projects
    • Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock flow and resolve technical issues.
    • Maintain the calendar for promotions and campaigns, ensuring accurate and proactive communication with partnering teams in other channels.
    • Support projects such as Peak Planning, website migration, and on-site enhancement improvements.
    • Owning medium-sized projects, such as DTC packaging refresh, liaising with Brand Marketing, Operations, and Tech.
    • Supporting ad-hoc requests related to store openings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in digital operations, ecommerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
