Job Title: SEO and Website Manager

We are seeking a growth-obsessed SEO and Website Manager to optimize and deliver our organic search strategy globally. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate across functions to ensure our SEO strategy meets the needs of our rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic search strategy to drive growth, aligning with business priorities and ensuring ongoing optimization.
  • Own the website and associated tech stack, identifying issues and taking action to resolve them, ensuring website health and performance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to deliver structure and content for SEO-led and customer journey content.
  • Work closely with the website team to deliver reporting on relevant customer journeys through the website, analyzing this reporting and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in the ownership of our website tech stack, gathering user feedback directly and indirectly through user feedback platforms.
  • Review and benchmark our competitor's search engine ranking performance to ensure we stay ahead.
  • Coordinate with the Paid Search team to ensure a complete keyword strategy that drives our business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing organic SEO across a website with a focus on digital acquisition for a B2B business, preferably in SaaS.
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing KPIs and growth levers with proven experience of improving rankings and increasing organic traffic.
  • Commercially astute and business-minded, with the company's ROI as the key driver of success.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
