Job Title: Global Website Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Website Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our global media agency websites, developing and implementing a connected digital marketing strategy, and working closely with our website and performance teams and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global digital marketing strategy to drive website traffic and increase site conversion.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our global media agency websites, including project management of feature changes, market launches, branding, content, integrations, and restructures.
  • Work closely with our Global Brand & Design Managers to develop brand guidelines and assets, and execute and govern global agency strategies in alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Partner with our Global Brand Manager and key members of the Dentsu Media Global Marketing Team to develop and deploy site editorial content aligned to our business pillars.
  • Organize, prioritize, and collaborate with content editors and web development consultants in alignment with brand guidelines and leadership direction.
  • Develop strategic plans to drive website traffic and increase site conversion in collaboration with other team members.
  • Stay current on digital trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Manage and be liaison to external vendors related to all site development activities for the business, including website enhancements and other activities.
  • Own all elements of assigned site experiences, including digital strategy & roadmap, UX, implementation, analytics, UAT, and success for the Agencies' main website and microsites.
  • Commercial & strategic management of our global digital partners, including our website development agencies.
  • Drive innovation on our global estate working with our global tech & media partners.
  • Partner with our Global Brand Managers and the Business Development teams to deliver a targeted content and demand strategy aligned to our growth goals using our Marketing Automation platform (Salesforce Pardot).
  • Work collaboratively with the organization, including across departments to ensure the online experience and campaigns are accomplishing the Company's goals including Brand, Strategy, and Product.
  • Share data-driven insights with immediate and wider teams, tracking customer journeys through our digital estate and optimizing for conversion.
  • Manage our agency partners in optimizing the user experience of the website, holding regular QBRs to assess performance and drive optimization.
  • Responsible for reporting performance of website against defined KPIs, ensuring optimal performance and customer journeys/experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience project managing and/or website coordination.
  • Experience and fluency in digital marketing management platforms, particularly Google Analytics and Salesforce Pardot (or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills (verbal & written).
