About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geriatric Medicine Consultant to join our team at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHSFT. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in the development and delivery of our innovative Geriatric Medicine services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical services for older adults, including inpatient and outpatient care.
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical services and directly participate in acute and general medicine care, discharge planning, and outpatient clinics.
  • Join the acute medical consultant on-call rota and receive support within the job plan for any specialty interests.
Person Specification
  • Specialist Register for Geriatric Medicine.
  • Experience working within a Frailty Assessment Unit.
