Risk Model Governance Manager

CORE Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Risk Model Governance Manager to join our global client's corporate strategy function.
The successful candidate will support the Senior Manager in the oversight and validation of statistical risk models within the firm, and on behalf of financial services clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with model-building teams to ensure newly built models align with the firm's forecasting strategy.
- Support quarterly revenue forecasting processes driven by Forecasting teams.
- Present information on changes in group forecasts to leadership groups in the business.
- Recommend and implement improvements to the group's model governance processes.
- Develop risk controls and reporting processes for the group.
Requirements:
- Further education level in a quantitative field of study (Statistics, Finance, Economics or Similar).
- Experience with Python, SQL, and/or PowerBI.
- Experience in model development, model validation, predictive modelling, or model assessment.
- Comfortable working with global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with all levels of an organisation.
