Compensation:
£12.86, paid weekly, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Band 4)

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver extensive administrative and secretarial assistance, including document creation, audio transcription, and data management.
• Oversee calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare essential documentation for the Operational Lead.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively to produce high-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
• Provide administrative support for committees and projects, which includes organizing meetings, drafting agendas, and following up on action items.
• Record minutes and notes as necessary, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with staff from the Air Ambulance Northern Ireland charity.

Requirements:
• 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Math, or equivalent educational qualifications AND a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite or equivalent.

• Alternatively, three years of experience in an administrative or secretarial position, with a focus on Microsoft Office Professional Suite or equivalent.
