About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Site Agent to join our team at BAM Nuttall. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the project team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and promoting a cost-conscious management approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and supervise the project team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness within the project team.
  • Cost Management: Adopt and maintain a cost-conscious management approach, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • BIM Implementation: Implement and promote the use of BIM technologies to deliver the requirements of the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Team Management: Manage, supervise, and mentor the project team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver the project successfully.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree, HND in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Certifications: CSCS Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Manager, SMSTS.
  • Experience: Successful experience and performance at Sub Agent level (or equivalent as deemed appropriate by Senior Management).
  • Skills: Leadership and management capabilities, specific working knowledge of construction techniques and forms of contract used on the project or area of project to which the individual is assigned.
