About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Avntk S.C. in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of IT projects in the general area of unmanned vehicles software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring quality, time, and budget objectives are met.
  • Evaluate risks associated with technology projects and monitor progress to ensure supervisory means of each activity.
  • Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute IT projects of strategic importance.
  • Develop and implement a proprietary in-house methodology for project management.
  • Ensure the operation of complete project modules from beginning to implementation.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of professional experience working on projects and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of robotics and/or unmanned systems and of GIS.
  • Extensive knowledge of ground control systems.
  • Good analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge and experience dealing with projects in a methodical manner (e.g., AS/ISO certification) and applying a process-oriented approach towards the attainment of objectives.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate others involved in a given project.
  • Working knowledge (written and spoken) of Spanish and fluent English.
