About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that engages the Gen Z audience and drives brand awareness.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand tone and voice.
  • Manage and curate content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to develop and maintain a robust SEO approach and optimize the content ecosystem.
  • Integrate user-generated content into social media channels and support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on owned campaigns and agency liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and schedule monthly content plans for the blog, ensuring alignment with social strategy and audience interest.
  • Create visual assets, such as images, GIFs, and videos, to enhance the social media presence.
  • Manage relationships with external social tools and platforms, and support the digital team with website edits when necessary.
  • Prepare weekly social media performance reports and monthly owned creative reporting for social and the blog.
  • Support the digital team with website edits and ensure all content is delivered and maintained out of hours.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a content management role for a consumer brand or agency.
  • A proven track record assisting and managing social media accounts, demonstrating creative achievements.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads.
  • Digital native with a natural curiosity and creative flair.
  • Basic video and photo editing skills, experience using Sprinklr or other social media scheduling tools, and Adobe Suite experience.
