About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled FIS Cash Application and Collections Certified Implementation Consultant to join our team at Ad Astra Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the implementation of FIS cash application and collections solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Management:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of FIS Cash Application and Collections solutions for various clients.
    • Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
    • Ensure successful configuration, testing, and deployment of the system.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
    • Provide expert advice on best practices and optimize client processes.
    • Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of FIS Cash Application and Collections to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation.
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure integration with existing systems.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest FIS product features and enhancements.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Regularly update stakeholders on project status and escalate any potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications and Skills:
    • Certification: FIS Cash Application and Collections Certification is mandatory.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing FIS Cash Application and Collections solutions.
    • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of FIS systems, integration processes, and financial software.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
