Tangent International is actively seeking an Acquisition Implementation Specialist to engage in a dynamic contract role.

Position Overview – Acquisition Implementation Specialist

  • We require a seasoned expert in Acquisition to spearhead and synchronize delivery needs concerning front-end access operations, facilitating both commercial and technical aspects of Network Rollout (NRO) for Radio Products, ensuring project completion.
  • Your role will encompass strategic planning and oversight of Access services, essential for a streamlined delivery process and timely customer acceptance, while aligning with senior management and governance protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities are crucial for influencing successful delivery against established targets.
  • The Acquisition Implementation Specialist will guarantee that all tasks are performed in accordance with project specifications and will serve as the primary liaison for delivery activities.
  • This position focuses on providing expertise in Acquisition, Access, and Code specialism, considering client and vendor coverage solutions, and may also involve In-Building, Infrastructure, and Antenna line solutions.
  • Ideal candidates will possess a robust background in NRO RAN swap projects, with experience in cell site acquisition, ECC code application, and collaboration with legal access, solicitors, estates, property, acquisition, and planning.
  • Applicants must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of MBNL access processes and policies, having operated at a strategic level in delivering ADC services within a supplier, vendor, or operator context.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Acquisition and Access services.
  • Preferred experience in Site Design & Construction, particularly regarding cell sites.
  • Prior involvement in projects related to "Notice to Quit".
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers for DICI rollout services.
  • Familiarity with Radio Products.
  • Understanding of local authority planning in the UK, alongside site acquisition experience in utilities or telecom sectors.
  • Knowledge of Civils, Towers, and Antenna Line Systems, including testing procedures.

Key Skills Required

  • Access for Survey – Handling nominations, access letters, and code notices, along with managing external solicitors.
  • Access for Build – Conducting negotiations, coordinating multi-site visits, and managing various planning notices and legal agreements.
  • Pre-litigation and in litigation processes.
  • Experience with both consensual and non-consensual agreements.

Note: This position is classified as inside IR35.
