Leasehold and Shared Ownership Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home Ownership Assistant at 4Recruitment Services. As a key member of our Home Ownership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience regarding home ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Enquiries: Manage customer enquiries and provide timely responses to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support to Home Ownership Manager: Directly support the Home Ownership Manager and contribute to the work of the wider Home Ownership team, including Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, Leasehold, Garages, and Land Queries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with the provision and collection of ground rents, leasehold service charges, and administration fees.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Correspondence and Record-Keeping: Deal with general correspondence on all home ownership matters, including leasehold issues and complaints, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Transaction Administration: Assist with the administration of transaction files, collating documents, and updating relevant systems.
  • Formal Notices: Assist with drafting and issuing formal Notices as required, in accordance with legislation.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits as required, including visiting blocks of flats to obtain communal electricity meter readings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: Show attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with legislation.
