The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, right to buy, and registered and unregistered titles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations, applying this knowledge to improve our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent client care skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
