Key Responsibilities:

As the selected candidate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing one or more highly intricate projects, which may involve clients with a national presence or encompass a full range of services provided by our firm, along with other complexities such as litigation and environmental considerations.
  • Managing all stages of project development, from inception to completion.
  • Possessing authority for regulatory approvals and consents.
  • Supervising other Project Coordinators.

Qualifications:

Are You Ready to Challenge the Norms?

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

Essential Requirements:

  • Expertise in pre and post-contract design and project management throughout the RIBA lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with JCT and/or NEC Contract Administration (accreditation is a plus).
  • Ability to maintain precise project documentation (both physical and digital).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying at the Master's level.
  • Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, or a similar institution.
  • APM affiliation is preferred (as a secondary qualification).
  • Experience with Prince 2 or MSP is advantageous but not mandatory.
