Position: Maintenance Electrician

An excellent opportunity has emerged for a skilled Electrical Technician to perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive tasks in line with our service agreements.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Electrical Maintenance
- Familiarity with HVAC systems
- Understanding of building structure and capability to execute basic fabric repairs when necessary
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety standards related to maintenance work

Responsibilities:
- Conducting Electrical PPM and Reactive maintenance
- Executing general building service duties
- Managing emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, fan coil units (FCUs), air handling units (AHUs), and HVAC equipment
- Performing visual inspections of generators
- Monitoring water temperatures and cooling towers
- Replacing lamps as needed

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification
- Willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
- Participation in an on-call rota
- Valid UK driving license
