Position: Maintenance Electrician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Integral UK. This role involves performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across various facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting electrical PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Managing general building services duties.
  • Ensuring functionality of emergency lighting, fire alarms, fan coil units (FCUs), air handling units (AHUs), and HVAC systems.
  • Performing visual inspections of generators.
  • Monitoring water temperatures and cooling towers.
  • Executing lamp replacements as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Familiarity with heating and air conditioning systems.
  • Basic knowledge of building fabric and capability in minor repairs.
  • Awareness of health and safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
  • Participation in a call-out rota.
  • Valid UK driving license.
