Thrive SW is currently recruiting a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a large hospital site in Brentwood.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician or Electrical Maintenance Engineer to take on a challenging role, working on a large site with a variety of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on the site's Mechanical and Electrical Services
  • Carry out electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Conduct general building services tasks, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and HVAC plant maintenance
  • Perform visual checks on generators and monitor water temperatures and cooling tower performance
  • Replace lamps and perform other electrical maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:

  • C&G/NVQ Level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation qualifications
  • 18th edition certificate
  • Ability to work out of hours when required
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Positive 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Participation in a call out rota and possession of a full UK driving license
