- Product Experience: You are an experienced Product Professional with demonstrable experience as a Product Owner and Manager across various products or domains.
- Digital Advocacy: You are a digital advocate with a keen interest in current trends in digital development and omni-channel retail.
- Communication and Leadership: You are a strong communicator who can sell a vision, proactive, independent, and self-starting, adept at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of partners.
- Technical Understanding: You understand technical aspects of product development, working closely with IT colleagues.
- Agile Delivery: Familiar with implementing and optimizing digital development approaches and agile delivery principles, including in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment.
