Investment Performance Specialist

JCW is in search of a seasoned Investment Performance Specialist to contribute to our client's objectives. This role offers flexibility in location, allowing for remote work or a base in Luxembourg, depending on the selected candidate's preference.

Core Responsibilities:

Leadership in Delivery:

  • Oversee the execution of performance and attribution services, ensuring the effective integration of both proprietary and external applications.
  • Work collaboratively with the product implementation team and external partners to facilitate client onboarding to the new service.
  • Report directly to the program lead.
  • Steer and manage the implementation strategy through to operational readiness and subsequent phases.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Expertise in Investment Performance & Attribution:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of investment performance, attribution, and post-event risk metrics. Credentials such as IMC, CIPM, and/or CFA are highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying performance, attribution, and post-event risk systems (e.g., FactSet PA, FactSet B-One, StatPro, etc.).

Understanding of Investment Management:

  • Experience within Front, Middle, and Back Office operations in Investment Management.

Project Management Expertise:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities within intricate projects.
  • Proficient in managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Familiarity with JIRA for project tracking and oversight.
