Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to join our highly skilled Therapy team at Hollanden Park Hospital in Hildenborough, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensively assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for patients with acquired neurological conditions and disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, management strategies, clinical goals, and evidence-based therapy plans to address patients' goals and needs.
- Manage a caseload independently with supervision from the Lead OT.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including liaising with community teams and equipment providers, and contribute to discharge planning.
- Ensure all clinical records are accurate, up-to-date, and maintained to the HCPC and RCOT standard.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant setting with experience in neurology, specialist rehab, and/or complex care.
