Your Role:
As an IT Apprentice, you will play a vital role in delivering effective ICT support services across the academy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing routine IT support tasks as outlined by your line manager.
  • Monitoring the service desk for assigned tickets and proactively addressing additional issues.
  • Facilitating the resolution of IT support queries to ensure users can resume normal operations swiftly.
  • Assisting with planned system changes as required.
  • Performing scheduled maintenance tasks and checks as directed.
  • Staying vigilant for any IT security issues and aiding in their resolution.

Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided by your workplace supervisor and the Baltic team.

Compensation and Benefits:
Your apprenticeship comes with:

  • A competitive salary of £12,313.60.
  • 31 days of annual leave plus statutory holidays.
  • A full-time commitment of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Minimum GCSE grades of 5/C in English and 4/C in Maths.
