From working the counter to assisting in the dispensary and keeping the branch ready for customers, there is a wide range of duties for you to be involved in, such as:
Delivering exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations. Ensuring that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs
Keeping the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes
Delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines. This could be through ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, and supporting the collection of prescriptions
we’re looking for people with a genuine passion for customer service and who will be ambassadors for healthcare in our pharmacies. An enthusiasm and talent for problem solving, eager to take on new challenges and experiences
Experience of working in a retail background and using a stock control system would be desirable but not essential as full training is provided
Trainee Pharmacy Services Assistant, Pharmacy Services Assistant or Dispensing Technician.
