About the Role:

The IT Support Technician Apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity to join Baltic Apprenticeships Careers and become an integral part of our team. As an IT Apprentice, you will be responsible for delivering an effective ICT support service throughout the academy, responding to identified needs, ensuring continuity of service, and achieving planned reporting objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff and students
• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of ICT systems
• Contribute to the development of ICT policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the IT team to achieve service delivery objectives
