Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with their daily needs, including personal care and activities
- Support the physical and mental wellbeing of residents, including moving and handling duties
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional care and support
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Minimum 12 months paid UK work experience in a care home or nursing home setting
- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates, including Practical Moving and Handling Training
- Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 4 months or registered on the Update Service
- 2 years of professional referencing, including 1 from your most recent employer
- Full, up-to-date CV with a minimum of 5 years of employment history
- 07:00 to 14:15 or 14:00 to 22:00 over weekends
- £11.44 per hour for hours worked between 07:00 to 19:00
- £15.22 per hour for hours worked between 19:00 to 07:00
