Job Details

We are seeking an experienced care assistant to join our team at a medium-sized care home in Bolsover. As a care assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, supporting their physical and mental wellbeing, and engaging in activities to promote their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with their daily life and personal care
  • Support residents with their physical and mental wellbeing
  • Engage in activities to promote the highest quality of life
  • Provide company and emotional support to residents
Requirements
  • 2 years of professional referencing, including 1 from your most recent employer
  • In-date mandatory training certificates (inc. Practical moving and handling training)
  • Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 4 months or registered on the update service
  • Minimum of 12 months paid UK work experience working within a care home or nursing home setting
  • Full, up-to-date CV with a minimum of 5 years of employment history
