Overview of the Role:
As a Lead Business Solutions Analyst, you will ensure that critical business objectives are clearly understood and requirements are accurately documented. You will collaborate with design, development, and testing teams to guarantee that high-quality business solutions are delivered to meet organizational needs.
You will be expected to actively participate in, lead, and contribute to relevant business, scrum, and project meetings, guiding other analysts in developing the change strategy by supporting projects throughout the development and testing lifecycle, including implementation.
